Yes. Live MLS search, the Doorvia Score, saved homes, showings and the My Doorvia portal are free, forever. Paid upgrades add investor and homeowner tools.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current period. Manage everything from My Doorvia → Plans & billing.
Do agents need the consumer portal?
No. Doorvia Pro and Pro Team work on their own but connect to the consumer portal so leads and shared searches flow through.
What about brokerages?
Doorvia Brokerage includes a branded, controlled portal for your office. Talk to us and we'll set up onboarding, seats and compliance controls.
