Pre-construction in Burlington
Doorvia Guides · August 8, 2026

Downtown and Aldershot mid-rise projects lead a market with a strong downsizing base.
Burlington's new-build market is largely mid-rise, concentrated downtown near the lake and in the Aldershot area near the GO station, with additional infill along Fairview and Plains Road.
The buyer base skews toward local downsizers, so suite size, storage, parking and elevator counts matter more than amenity marketing.
Because Burlington has managed height and density carefully in its downtown, approvals can take longer and designs change. Read every amendment to the disclosure statement promptly, and confirm the outside occupancy date and adjustment caps in your agreement.
